You really gotta admit, the Subspace Emissary really sucks. The graphics for some reason look worse than the rest of the game, the enemies are stupid (why couldn't they have stuck with classic enemies from Nintendo games of the past?) and it simply isn't much fun. I'm a little torn on the subject. When I first started it, I thought it was going to be a bunch of epic battles with some platforming on the side. Unfortunately, the majority is platforming with the battles thrown in on the side. Some of the characters are not exactly ideal for platforming.But, I did find the latter half to be more enjoyable than the beginning half. Probably because I'm not forced to use characters that I don't really like. I don't think it's terrible, and it's kind of a neat story. Definitely could have been shorter though. Especially if shortening that mode meant that the game could have come out sooner :)
