Family friend got it at launch, so we played Madden 07. I got it in december 06 so when i first got my wii, i played Wii Sports lol.
well the first one I played was Excite Truck but that was at a Gamestop a few weeks before launch...

First game I played on the Wii was LoZ:TP For 6:41 straight. :P Cuz it was that awesome.
Red Steel....for 30 minutes, then proceeded to throw it in the trash and play Wii Sports.

First game I played was Wii Sports, cause my friends were over and I didn't want to ignore them and play metroid prime.

Wii sports, then Monkey ball.
My Second game was Wario Ware.
Zelda, WiiSports and ExciteTruck. I don't remember the order. But I played all these games on the same day 2 years ago at the Arcadia Festival in Montreal.
Wii Sports and then Zelda: TP.
Wii Sports. I wanted to give it a try before sacrificing the next few dozens of hours of my life to Twilight Princess.
Wii Sports for an hour or so, but I was desperate to relax and play Zelda. So I did, for pretty much the whole day.
I played Wii: Sports with my family for a while, but I spent most of my first day with the system playing Twilight Princess
The first time I got my hands on a Wii was at GameStop a few weeks after they had come out. I played the Twilight Princess demo. But the first Wii game that I played after I had gotten a Wii was Wii Sports.
Besides Wii-sports, it was Zelda for like 3 hours. Still my favorite game (maybe until Brawl or when I get done with my new RE4).
